I graduated from Texas A&M with a bachelor's degree in history.

I decided to abandon my plans of going to law school in favor of pursuing the culinary arts.



I am currently working as the Executive Chef at jm Curley, Bogie’s Place, and The Wig Shop in Downtown Boston.

As a first generation Ecuadorian-American, I am fluent in English and Spanish, and can also speak conversational French.

 
 

I live in Everett, MA with my two rescue dogs named Tessie and Jaeger. Both of them are Labrador Retrievers and I take them with me on my adventures as often as possible.
